Beginning in October 2012, Bladen County Schools will be distributing to all high school students a Lenovo laptop.  Students will be the "temporary owners" of this laptop, to use in the classroom, at home, or wherever access is needed to digital content.  All high school teachers received the same laptop during the month of September to begin developing classroom lesson plans.  Teachers have also set-up an online student learning management system through Edmodo which will allow teachers to post classroom and homework assignments, allow students to  take quizzes, access links, and view teacher created documents, and have classroom discussions between teacher and student.  Students can join an individual teachers Edmodo page to access information the teacher has posted.
